WOYWW #220

Hi WOYWWers..

i'm so glad to be crafting in the midst of preparing to move in a month or so. I know it won't last long; I should be packing instead of crafting.  I'd luv to be adding maybe 2 more projects to the table but I won't..at least not today [hahahah] tomorrow may be a different story.

right now I'm completed a swap for YPP. Since I knew I'd be busy I only chose one swap. I'd luv to have participated in the journal swap or the mail art swap or altered Altoids swap or maybe even the die cuts.

i should have mine done by today. Unfortunately, my ink pad is either used up or drying out. Trying to stamp without smearing is tough; especially on the larger stamps. See the girl with Halloween to the left; i stamped her 3 times and each time a tiny smear was somewhere on the paper.  i'll keep it and use it for my art journal or do something with her. no need in wasting her/them.. there is a pile of misstamps under her that will be used in my journal.

i need that thingy that you push down and you can see through it for the larger stamps.
i also need to be completing a card for my niece who is turning 5. I will get it done tomorrow...nothing too fancy.

This should be called what craziness do you notice on the desk..See how many you can find.

Now this picture, see I don't like pulling out my camera so I used my daughter's iPhone and tried to use panoramic. My desk is not curved nor was it ever. I don't know why panoramic curves things...or was it me?

Well that's all for now. I have a few projects to get done or shall I say more closer to done today. Thanks for stopping by.

So glad God gives me the desire and ability to craft.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

Praying God's manifested blessing over your day.

  1. Oh that does look quite curvy, how odd. Our desk IS curvy so the iphone probably straightens it?

Thanks for visiting us already today. :)

  2. My desk top is straight and today I used the pan thing but it is still straight - sorry!
Looks lovely and busy - good luck with the card - and thanks for reminding me I need one for a 6 year old.

  3. Blessings to you in your move preparations and your overwhelming desire to craft. You are very ambitious. I do work better under pressure, so I too take on many things at once. Kim #52

  6. Lots of lovely craftiness going on in your world. Thanks for the peek and for popping by my desk earlier. You asked about the stamp on my desk. I'm guessing you mean the map? It from one of the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz plates - I think Air Travel (?) My studio is at the bottom of the garden and it's dark out so I'm too lazy to put shoes on and go outside!

  7. Love your craft desk!!! What a gorgeous place to be creative in! In answer to your question, no it's not my first wedding card, although it's the first time for making vellum flowers! Your Silhouette cards are beautiful, did you design them yourself? Would love to make one of those! Karen 98 x

  8. Great desk, dont envy your having to pack it away, eeeeeeeeek. The curve view was good, no idea why it does that either.
