First Blog Giveaway

Hi Blog Friends,

I hope your weekend is off to a great start. I was finally able to make a few cards, but since I'm not a big Halloween'er, these cards are a give-a-way. I love the stamps and images of Halloween, but I cannot wait for fall and Christmas. I've ordered my Christmas stamps, gotten a few papers, and am ready to start Christmas carding (almost).

Although the cards are Halloween themed, they are blank inside and can be used for almost any occasion. Send one just for fun, a thinking of you, birthday, hello...whatever you desire.

Time to catch up

Hi blog friends,

Well my family left this morning and one more drop off to do for visitors. I have not been able to post or view any of my favorite blogs during their visit; I've been exhausted each evening. I rested one day and was able to get a few cards made, which I've decided to give away. My family was here for two weeks and let me tell you, entertaining is not a vacation.

We took my nieces to WDW and they had a good time. It has been hot, but not as hot as the Midwest. Being in the sun all day, you don't realize how draining it is until you sit down.

I've missed creating, watching videos, and blog hopping. Today, I am doing BBQ chicken for a church event. I've tried a couple different recipes for the sauce since I have to make a lot of chicken. I'm sure it will be good.

I also am so pleased. My BigKick broke. I called Sizzix and ordered a replacement crank, but that did not resolve the issue. I was so sad. I had just ordered a few die cuts and could not use them...uhhhhh.
Good thing I had taken care of it. On the bottom it showed the made date and I was able to get a new one free of charge...ohhhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!.

Well off to die cutting.
